Fish Salad

 Salmon fish salad with peppers, onion, cucumbers and olives This salad is very effective and easy to prepare. It is also a great cocktail of vitamins and healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

So check out the ingredients for 2 portions: 200 gr. ( 7 oz.) of salmon, tuna, etc., 1 cucumber, 1 middle-sized red onion, 2 red grilled and peeled peppers, olives, lemon, parsley, sea salt, olive oil. You might also want to add sesame or flax seed.

 

 Preparation instructions:

Remove the pin bones from the salmon and tear it in small pieces. Cut the cucumber in half circles. You could remove the seeds if you want. Slice the onion in thin strips. Cut the peeper  Mix all the ingredients and spice it up according to your taste. Serve it decorated with olives, parsley and sesame or flax seed.
