Crab salad

Crab salad

This salad is very easy to prepare and it is really delicious and healthy. You can make it with any sea fruits you like.

130-150 g. /about 5 oz./ of sea fruits you prefer

/crab rolls, shrimps, herring or fillet of any other kind of fish/

140 g. /about 5 oz./ of mayonnaise

140 g. /about 5 oz./ of yogurt

dill, black pepper, garlic

You might also want to add: ground walnuts, olives and a little lemon juice

Preparation instructions:

Cut finely the sea fruits you choose for this recipe. I put crab rolls. Mix it with the other ingredients. Serve the salad with slices of lemon olives and fresh parsley. This meal could be perfect combined with a glass of white wine. 🙂
