Spinach Salad

Spinach salad with lemon, tomatoes, cucunbers and olives

This is an interesting recipe, which is really delicious and healthy. It is like a fresh cocktail of vitamins, antioxidants, micro-elements.

This salad might be a good addition to your holiday table  or you could make it for your family as everyday meal.

It goes well with fish, light meat, cheese and wine. This recipe is effective, easy to prepare and not an expensive one.

Enjoy it in nice company!

Ingredients for 4 portions:

Spinach salad with lemon, tomatoes, cucumbers and olives

Fresh spinach salad

250-300 gr. /about 9-10 oz./ of spinach

1 ½ lemon /juice/

1 middle-sized red /white/ onion

2 middle-sized tomatoes /or 7- 8  cherry tomatoes/

1 cucumber

15 olives /black/

Olive oil

Sea salt

You might also want to add: cheese /white, mozzarella, goat cheese with sweet basil/ or fish /tuna/.

Preparation instructions:

Tear the spinach in pieces /remove the leafstalks/ Add the cut onion, cucumber and tomatoes. Pour it with olive oil and the juice of half a lemon. You can add the above proposed products. The salad is for about 4 portions. Enjoy!
